The quality mark is a legal certification governed by the Trademark Act. Products labelled with this logo are quality products (verified by regular inspections) and handcrafted in the Val d’Aran.

Today “Productes dera Val d’Aran” has a total of 12 products: Pâté, Bolh(Bull), Dry Langoissa, Choriço, Andito, Caviar, Honey, Cheese, Yoghurt, Olha Aranesa(Aranesa Pot), Tronquets(Trunks) and Coquilhons; but the door is always open for those who want to add products.

Who and how can you use the brand?

Any producer meeting the conditions agreed in the usage regulations, has the right to use the brand label. Conselh Generau d’Aran owns the trademark and the body concerned is the Committee for Monitoring and Certification.
