From 17 to 19 October the Val d’Aran form part of the 5th edition of the “Mercat de Mercats” exhibition to be held in the Avenida de la Catedral de Barcelona (Barrio de Ciutat Vella). This is an event aimed at promoting the products and cuisine from different parts of Catalonia.
The Val d’Aran participate as a partner in trade fair stand 6 touted Aranese cuisine. Thus, the products of the territory included in the Productes dera Brand Guarantee stamp will be sold as well as promote the restoration and gastronomic events that take place throughout the year: Gastronomic Aranesa dera Codina, was Mongetada and was Òlhada.
Mercat de Mercats includes different activities in one space for producers, traders and cooks and lets bring citizens of fun and educational product market the best way. During the edition of 2013, over 260,000 people visited the fair and more than 55,000 tasting tickets were sold.
