This small village near Salardú is the best one withstanding the passing of time. The Romanesque Church dedicated to Saint Eulàlia is a good evidence, since its beautiful octogonal tower rises harmonously above the Aranese houses around it. Among these houses, Çò de Basteret stands out as a remnant from the 1580, where the Snow Museum (Musèu dera Nhèu) is nowadays located. Within its church, the fresco paintings of a marvelous pantrocrator were discovered in the 1990’s.
