It is the highest inhabited village in Val d’Aran. It is at 1490 meters above sea level, in the High Aran, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, vertical mountain walls and excellent pasture lands. The interesting museum ETH CORRAU is located in one of the historic buildings of this village. It contains more than 2500 pieces which represent the daily life and craftwork of the most rustic Aranese past.
