The Val d’Aran consists of 33 villages that are home to just over 10,000 inhabitants. Much of the territory is located above 2,000 meters in height and is crossed by a road, the C-28 in its upper section, and the N-230 in the lower section. Traveling through it to discover its characteristic villages built with stone, wood, and slate, to enjoy its most hidden corners, its Romanesque churches, and its artistic heritage amidst the spectacular beauty of its intense nature, is a unique experience at any time of the year.

A stroll through its small streets, entering its traditional buildings, tasting its typical products and dishes, or enjoying the friendliness of its people… From north to south, from east to west, each and every one of the Aranese villages is imbued with the flavor of history and a personal alpine style that makes them unmistakable.
