Ingredients

  • Butter
  • 15 eggs
  • 1 kilo of sugar
  • 1 glass of anissette
  • A bit of salt
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 4 kilos of flour
  • Lemon juice

Elaboration

Beat the eggs and at the same time melt the butter with the milk. Mix all of the ingredients to make a thick dough. Let stand for two hours. Then knead the dough with a rolling pin and make diamond shapes; fry them with plenty of oil. Sprinkle sugar onto them and serve.
