The participant floats donw the Garona river in direct contact with the water. Wearing a neoprene wet suit with fins and a sled type device called a "hydrospeed" the participant will ride on the hydrospeed until the waist level. Below the waist level the body is in direct contact with the water using the fins to control movement. The participants will be accompanied by a guide who will decide, based on levels, which portions of the Garona to navigate. It is a requirement to know how to swim and to be in slightly good condition as the excercise is tiring.
