3aua corse dera hemna 2016
Organized by the Information Service and Attention to Women (SIAH) of Conselh Generau d’Aran the 3au Corsa dera Hemna is a 5km street circuit through the streets of Vielha, which will take place on Sunday 6 March. With the possibility to make running or walking, the race, open to women, men, girls and boys, commemorates the International Women’s Day declared on March 8 by the United Nations, and is a call for the equality of opportunities.
The Corsa dera Hemna counts with the collaboration of Club Atletic Val d’Aran (CAVA), Conselh Esportiu Val d’Aran, Voluntaris d’Aran, Ajuntament de Vielha e Mijaran, and l’Institut Català de la Dona de la Generalitat de Cataluña.
