From 25 to 31 March, the first Mòstra de Codina Aranesa will take place in Arties, with the participation of different local restaurants.
During one week the richness of the cuisine of the Val d’Aran will be known in all its amplitude. Each of the participating restaurants has created a gastronomic offer adapted to its style, from the most elaborate to the most traditional. More informal samples such as pizza or tapas are also included.
The dishes presented will reflect the richness of the most characteristic ingredients of the Aranese territory, as well as the important culinary tradition of the autochthonous recipe book transmitted from generation to generation.
The main course of the exhibition will arrive on Saturday 30 March with the celebration of the popular fiesta of Era Òlhada, a traditional popular festival with the Aranese olha as the protagonist.
