The winter season is here. Over the next six months the Val d’Aran receive thousands of visitors eager to enjoy the snow activities and alternatives related to this season. So, get ready, looking between the endless possibilities offered by the territory, and come to enjoy 100%.
The ski resort of Baqueira-Beret opened its doors on November 28, giving the go-ahead to a new winter season this year will mark the 50th anniversary of station activity. Coinciding with this date, commercial, hotel and restaurant sectors are also put into operation over the coming months.
On 28 and 29 November will take place at the festival Vielha Val d’Aran Snowfest has come full of events aimed at encouraging people to come to the area to enjoy its wide range of tourist. Thus, there will be different music throughout the weekend activities as well as an exhibition with the participation of different brands of sportswear winter exhibition of the models used for the past 50 years.
The Conselh Generau d’Aran through the Agéncia deth Commerce d’Aran collaborate in the event and Val d’Aran Foment TORISME promote the event to attract as many people as possible.
“The winter season is here, and from the territory are working to attract the attention of visitors to come and enjoy the extensive tourist offer available to the Val d’Aran in the harsh winter months,” says conselhèra of TORISME, Commerce and consum, Anna Diaz.
